Sunshine and Rain {Sunny}

[Chasen]

Chasen hauled his large self up to the top of the ruins that the Dan'ale pack had claimed as their dens. From here he could see all edges of the pack territory. He had come looking for his Alphas to let them know he had set up a few scouts around the territory. The boarders were secure as they only allowed wolves personally trained by Orion and himself take up the job of keeping the boarders safe. He sat back on his haunches his golden eyes surveying the lands. Despite it's mystery Dan'ale was a beautiful place and Chasen marveled in it's glory.

There was a noise behind him and he looked, thinking that there was a pack member coming up the dens to see him. When he saw nothing a large crowned eagle flew out of the sky and landed next to him. The large bird was named Fiskal and had been off scouting the Asindri lands for him. Where Chasen couldn't go the large bird seemed to have no problems.

"Chasen, the lands around the Asindri are just as guarded as you thought. You must tell your leaders that only those with skills as Orion can get passed them. For now I'm hungry and must eat, shall I find you some prey?" the bird and he didn't have to greet each other. They were two halves of the same soul. Chasen smiled and shook his head. With that the bird took flight and zoomed off into the distance.

Chasen watched as it plunged with great skill from the sky and into the trees there Chasen assumed he found a squirrel or mouse. Not the biggest prey that the bird had caught, one the large creature caught a small deer and brought it to him. Without a doubt Chasen knew that while the Eagle would never intentionally hunt and kill a wolf, he could and would. A shiver ran down his spin and he refused to thin about it. Instead he turned his gaze back to surveying the territory.

[Sunny]

Sunny Was walking around Near the dens bored and wanting something top do she headed to a patch of wild flowers fully of Lavender and daises. She laid down and rolled over once or twice before laying back on her stomach and flipping her long wavy gold main out from in front of her soft baby blue eyes. Her curly and fluffy tail rest on her back as her cream colored coat soaked up the warm lushes rays the sun offered to this world of theirs. She soon let her head fall and rest on her front paws and her hair fall back in front of her right eye. She was relaxed and let a lazy day flow by with out much care to what should happen. her thoughts where blank and a warm breeze, gentle and soft brushed up agents her as it past and made its way off to the end of the world. She was in no hurry to move nor was she in any hurry do any work today.

[Chasen]

Chasen stood as he caught sight of a patch of white and gold fur lounging in a patch of flowers. He raised a brow but then he remembered that Ankaa had been talking about a new member. A new spy. He supposed this was her. While there were a fair share of white furred wolves in the pack he hadn't met this one. As much as he didn't want to leap down from his perch he felt as if it was his duty as beta to greet her into the pack. He yawned showing all of his pearly white teeth and felt more than saw his companion take off into the sky. Of course the eagle would see nothing but him begrudgingly beginning his decent till he was a few feet from the girl. Clearing his through so not to scare her he spoke, "Good morning."

He might as well be friendly. Ankaa had been talking to him about his manners with other wolves of the pack, saying he was too antisocial. Lowering his haunches to the ground he decided to sit for a moment and see what this girl had to talk about. He hoped she would be worth some decent conversation at least.

[Sunny]

When Sunny herd a thud from behind her she looked over her shoulder, the hair still in front on one eye she smiled as the male wolf who now greeted her with a fair hello and. "Good morning" She said in her more low and charming ways. She then stretched setting her back end raise a bit and her front paws stretch out before getting up and walking towards him. She Walked around him swaying her hips a little and letting her tail wag, as more to survey him and thought to herself 'fresh meat'. She loved to find new brutes she had yet to work her charm on and then sat down in front of him "I'm Sunny" She smiled yet again and batter her baby blue eyes ever so. "May I ask for your name in return?" She asked still talking in her low voice. She was wondering what kind of Brute he was and wondered if he liked a more sweet an innocent girl or more straight forward flirt. That was one thing she would have to try to find out.

[Chasen]

Chasen watched as the she wolf rose from her spot and sauntered up to him. Of course he just happened to find the most flirtatious wolf in the pack. He heard his bird laughing at him, wishing him good luck before flying off into the distance with a deep cry. Jerk left him. Fine he would be able to handle this. He wasn't a big flirt, the ladies just liked his muscles and mane, it was the mane that got them. As the she wolf circled he felt as if he was prey and not another wolf that kind of irked him but he swallowed the feelings of wanting to push her away. She devil was more like it. He sat still and stiff trying to calm that anger that would most likely just get him in trouble.

Feeling calm and collected now he nodded at her, "a pleasure Sunny. I'm Chasen, Beta of the Dan'ale, and younger brother to Ankaa and Orion."

Feeling that was enough of an introduction he had the sneaking suspicion he should just turn around and walk away now. Something about this she wolf vexed him, or intrigued him. Alright he was a male, and being a male he did notice those baby blues and soft fur. She would be a fun play toy if he was the sort of wolf. He didn't mind his flings but he knew when to keep it in his fur and not after every pretty thing that decided to notice him. He wanted to get up and walk away but maybe they would have a much better conversation if he stated something simple and easy to talk about, "how long have been here in the Dan'ale?

[Sunny]

Sunny Pushed her mane from in front of her face and made sure it stayed back with the flower that was placing in her hair. Her voice rose back to it normal pitch with was soft and sweet and awnsered "Ive been here ever senesce i was born really, My mother ashamed banished herself into the darkness of these wold when she was pregnant with me, After all I was her rapists daughter." She said knowing her mother was always looked down upon. "But she raised me well and soon left after I was old enough to care for myself thats when I came here to the ruins." She said still in her sweet voice, even though it sounded much sadder is was still sweet like honey and yet it rung like silver church bells. She looked down and made sure her mane was still tucked away, this was a hard past for her and yet she was able to tell it and looked back up to Chasen and smiled weekly, but it was still a smile none the less.

[Chasen]

Chasen's mouth was open in shock. Did this female really just spill her life story? Though, by Moirn he'd never heard of a Sunny within the pack. They needed to have a pack meet soon, where he could see all of the new and old members. Ankaa was right he'd been very neglectful of his fellow pack mates. Shaking his head he decided to speak some sort of words of comfort, "your mother shouldn't have banished herself, it wasn't her fault she had be taken advantage of."

He kept the thoughts of, 'well maybe it was if she acted like you' to himself. Instead he smiled back gentle as the Hunter could. He decided to change the subject a bit so they could talk of better times and not the past. "Funny you've been here so long. . . . I've been your Beta for about a year now and haven't seen you around. I usually am kept quiet busy by my siblings."

Well it was good she dropped that sultry act when she found out his rank. He was Second in Command to the Alpha's he didn't need to do much either than make sure everyone was doing their job and pulling their weight. Speaking of there was talk of driving prey down from the mountains. He'd have to get together a party of wolves for that, especially when the mountains were close to the Iatia pack. A shiver went down his spine, those necromancers and dark magic users tweaked him out. Mental magics freaked him out really. When he had all the power of nature by his side he always hoped to not be put against a wolf that would that sort of power against him. . . . He realized that his thoughts had gotten away from him and he turned his attention back to the she wolf Sunny.

[Sunny]

Sunny Shrugged "She felt like she was trash what can i say" THe words slipped out in a mubble and she shook her head and looked up at him. "Maybe you should be more sociable" She suggested him her sweet innocent voice and looked at him with her big blue eyes. "It sounds so hard being Beta when your Sibling if the one to boss you around. It sounds so hard" She said and leaned in closer to him "I don't know how you can keep up with their constant request." She let out a breathy sigh and shook her head "They shouldn't push you so hard" she said quietly. "I mean with a strong brute like you, you can do so much and prove to be great. But still they need to know a big boy like yourself should never be pushed as hard as they are pushing you know it sounds like. well from what i hear at less."

[Chasen]

Chasen really couldn't believe how open this wolf was. He wondered what her job in pack was but let it slip by. She might just be in the lower ranks. That would also explain why he hadn't of paid her much mind before. He was nearly tired of talking to her and felt the urge to get up and leave. He hated sitting in one place for too long. He had duties to preform. Responsibilities to the pack. Soon he would have to take his leave. When the white fluffy thing spoke again.

Sociable? HA! Him? No, he was fine with the friends he had and while yes, he would be nice to his pack mates. He wasn't usually feeling the need to plop his butt down and waste time chatting on how pretty the flowers were. That's when he saw this she-wolf try to hit on him. Beta was hard if Orion and Ankaa weren't his siblings. He was beta. He had a job to keep the pack safe and well fed. To be the eyes and ears of the Alpha's where they couldn't be. He was ready to speak again when she started talking down to the Alpha's his eyes narrowed and when she leaned towards him on instinct he leaned away and snarled.

In a low voice he spoke, "I don't like to be touched or my personal space invaded. Back off."

This time he stood he'd heard enough of her ignorance, his hackles were up and he raised his head. She would do well not to push the big Hunter, he towered over her. His dominance was to be answered. His golden eyes narrowed as he growled lowly, "my siblings, are the Alphas. Whether we were family or not I would be pushed the same. Stop with that foolish flattery. Now. I don't know what you heard, but if there are wolves who have spoken ill will against our leaders. That's against Dan'ale law, we need wolves who are loyal and won't question the pack's leadership, mine or their alphas. Unless, of course, they want to challenge us and I guarantee they do not want to challenge me. . . ."

The implied threat was there. Assured the fluffy thing understood him. He went into beta mode quick, "you're a spy, you know how well the boarders must be guarded. I don't get a day off I must keep this pack safe. I travel out and spy on other lands my companion does the same. I'm a spy, a guard, and a hunter. This is an order Fluffy," he started slowly pacing in front of his subordinate, "There are boarders to be run. You and I are going to run them, since you seem like you have nothing better to do than lounge in flowers. Then we are to look for prey, this time he leaned close using his height to his advantage he glared straight into her eyes not really giving her a chance to answer, "Do I make myself clear? Good let's head out.

In a nimble move he pivoted around but waited for his charge. This was a lesson to teach her that it wasn't just the Alpha's that pushed him hard. He himself drove him to the limit. He had to, with the Asindri they couldn't take any chance. Sighing he gave a bark to hurry her feet. This was no time for lollygagging around.

[Sunny]

Sunny Smooth sweet self had now vanished in to ashes and that poison was now about to leak out as she backed away from him. "If you want respect you will call me Sunny, not fluffy, I have came back from five long days scouting in Elmor territory, And you would know that if you would be doing your job. "She said in a calm yet firm tone. "And you do make your self clear." She said harshly and let her ears drop as she started to walk with him and her muscles where stiff and almost locked up as she started to walk by him and kept her sights on the forest ahead and almost ignored the fact Chasen was beside her. She let her hair fall back infer of her face and her head level with her shoulders so she can see the clearly. Her footing light and quiet

[Chasen]

Chasen watched as she went from sweet to spice in a flash. Deep rooted feelings must be there but he would let her throw a fit. He took note of the sour tone of her words and knew he struck a cord. Good. That meant she heard him loud and clear. He just stared at her and wanted to laugh at how she now carried herself. Without enthusiasm for the job they now had to do. Well at least he did have fresh eyes to the territory. A rouge following him would mean her skill would be there to catch sight of another rouge trying to sneak in. Padding forward he watched as she was stiff legged and sighed.

"I won't apologize, but I will say that I'll see about asking Orion and Ankaa about what we can do to help our spies get back on their feet. We need them well rested and maybe only give them light duty within the pack," he spoke to her. Hoping to make this at least somewhat pleasant.

A shrill cry called through the air and a huge bird landed on Chasen's thick. Fiskal looked at Sunny for a moment and then took off into the air again. "Boarder run?"

"Yes Fiskal and hopefully this will be pleasant. Keep your eyes open for me. Chasen thought as he looked up at the bird.

"You sure do have a way with the ladies, Chasen. She looks like she wants to drown you, the crowned eagle cawed out in laughter.

She can try, he laughed along with the bird before keeping his ears turned towards Sunny listening hoping to at lest keep things smooth between them.

[Sunny]

Sunny Continued walking keeping her eyes out on just slightly nodding to him in a respond. She didn't wish to speak with him at any time soon and would keep walking forward. As the bird came she only did a side step and continued to walk. Still quiet and with her ears back She continued on her way. She wanted nothing to do with the true by her nor did she wish to be here. She continued to walk but something looked off about her. Something wasn't right. She soon had her ears up and her head was looking around and suddenly crouched. Yet there was no noise around them.

What Chasen didn't know was that Sunny was really up ahead scouting ahead like she normally wood. Her attention was cough by a passing deer witch had caused her to react with her ears standing up and and her head turning in all direction, once she was sure it was only a deer and nothing more she started walking again, and so did her 'misleaded self' who was walking along with Chasen

Chasen ignored her his Hunter eyes trained on the shadows and forests. His eagle flying a head and keeping an eye on things with his superb vision. Chasen sensed something up with his partner and froze when she did his ears pricking with confusion. The ears pivoted on his skulls going every which way trying to pinpoint the noise. He would hate to run across Asindri or other spies. With food so scarce he was just expecting to find others hunting in their territory. Prey was the main drive to force any wolf to do the unspeakable. Still no matter how much he pitied them, prey in Dan'ale territory was precious and the pack needed them for themselves. Any prey they found they would chase deep within the lands.

He whispered low to his subordinate, "If you see any prey on the boarders let's chase it deep within the lands. We shall keep our wares safe from the other packs who wish to trespass and steal.
