The exchange is a unique place usually bustling with activity. For those who don't have much to sell and therefore don't need a Vender's Voucher or who are looking to trade items can hokey pokey here. If we find people abusing this and selling large amounts of items, they will lose Exchange Privileges. With that all being said, this is a great place to look for rare or contest items. The Horn of Plenty is a rare item then when opened by a member, contain some interesting items. While some members values the Horn before it is opened, others prefer to buy what's inside straight up.
